How to Request a Returned/Destroyed Parcel Letter?

 

 

A parcel returns to the warehouse and stores for 30 days without customer interaction. The package will be returned to the Shipper or destroyed at their request. You can request the Local Branch Agent to verify the parcel's status

.

Gather and verify the tracking number, customer's full name, and email. Create a FreshDesk ticket and assign to the branch agent of the city the parcel belongs too.

 to the local branch agent, provide the customer an expectation of receiving a letter via email within one business day.

 

NOTE: Please always remember to share with a customer that they will receive the letter within the same business day. Never promise it right away since, in some cases, there are staff meetings in which either Local Agents or Team Leader(s) are not available.
